President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed his condolences to the Governor of Borno State, Professor Babagana Zulum, following the passing of the state’s Commissioner of Finance, Honourable Ahmed Ali Ahmed. The late Ahmed reportedly passed away in his room in the early hours of Monday.
In a statement released by Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, President Tinubu also extended his sympathies to the family of the late commissioner, acknowledging the significant and painful loss they are enduring. The President offered prayers for the repose of Ahmed’s soul and wished for comfort and strength for his family during this challenging time.
