Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike held a closed-door meeting on Tuesday with the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led by Senator Adolphus Wabara. The meeting, which was closed to journalists, is believed to be part of ongoing efforts to address the internal conflicts within the PDP, particularly in Rivers State.
In August, the BoT had requested a meeting with Wike, following their discussions with Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara. The outcome of Tuesday’s meeting has not yet been disclosed.
