NLC President Ajaero Released from Police Headquarters After Questioning”

 Joe Ajaero, President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has completed his questioning at the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) headquarters in Abuja. Ajaero arrived at the IRT office at 10:17 a.m. and departed at 11:15 a.m. after submitting his statement.

Although Ajaero did not make any comments to journalists at the IRT office, he assured that he would address the media later at the NLC headquarters.

The police had previously requested Ajaero’s presence at the IRT office on August 20 to respond to allegations including terrorism financing, cybercrime, subversion, criminal conspiracy, and treasonable felony. Ajaero, unable to attend on the initial date due to unforeseen circumstances, complied with the rescheduled invitation today.

He was accompanied by notable figures, including Senior Advocate of Nigeria Femi Falana, Marshal Abubakar, Deji Adeyanju, and several senior NLC officials.
