Ori’s extensive career includes nearly a decade at The Sun newspapers, where he served in multiple capacities, including Assistant Editor for Sports, Assistant Editor for Education, and Assistant Editor for Investigations/Features. His journalism journey also saw him as the Southeast Bureau Chief for Hallmark newspaper.
In 2021, Ori took on the role of Managing Editor at News Echo newspaper. His career trajectory continued with a notable achievement in 2022 when he co-founded Oriental Newspaper, a weekly tabloid based in Owerri, Imo State, alongside Afam Echi.
