Trump Proposes US Takeover of Gaza to Create ‘Riviera of the Middle East’

Former President Donald Trump’s proposal to take control of the Gaza Strip and resettle Palestinians in other countries has sparked significant controversy. During a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump outlined an extraordinary plan to transform Gaza, describing it as “the Riviera of the Middle East.” His plan suggested relocating over two million Palestinians and turning Gaza into an economically developed area, although it lacked concrete details on how this would be accomplished or how the U.S. would manage the territory.
