Popular Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, has responded to U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent executive order recognizing only two genders—male and female.
The policy, signed on Trump’s first day back in office, mandates that all U.S. government policies adhere to the recognition of only two genders. During his inaugural address, Trump stated, “As of today, it will henceforth be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female.”
Reacting to the announcement, Bobrisky confidently addressed the issue on Instagram, saying, “I don’t have business with Trump. Trump said we have only two genders, right? And I said I am now a woman that has undergone everything. If they ask for evidence, I will show them, simple.”
Bobrisky’s statement highlights her assurance in her identity despite the controversial policy.
