Biliamin Oba, Senior Special Assistant on Social Development to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has advised Nigerians to reduce their expenses in response to the country’s economic challenges. Speaking at the 2024 International Youth Day event organized by the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Olorunda LCDA Chapter in Badagry, Oba highlighted the significant rise in transportation costs and living expenses. He urged Nigerians to be more economical until the economic situation stabilizes, expressing confidence in President Bola Tinubu’s plans and Governor Sanwo-Olu’s efforts to improve conditions in Lagos.
