Casemiro’s Wife Stands by Him After Man United’s 3-0 Defeat to Liverpool

Anna Mariana, the wife of Manchester United midfielder Casemiro, has publicly defended her husband following the backlash he received after Manchester United’s 3-0 defeat to Liverpool on September 1. Casemiro, who was criticized by pundits and fans for his performance in the match, was substituted at half-time, and reports speculated that he left Old Trafford early, a claim later dismissed by United’s manager Erik ten Hag.

In response to the criticism, Anna Mariana took to Instagram to showcase her husband’s illustrious career achievements. She posted images highlighting Casemiro’s numerous trophies, including five UEFA Champions League titles and three La Liga championships with Real Madrid, as well as his recent FA Cup win with Manchester United. She also shared a picture of Casemiro celebrating with his teammates, captioning it with words of encouragement: “Always strong Casemiro, the biggest,” accompanied by a flaming heart emoji.

Manchester United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, also defended Casemiro, acknowledging his character and success throughout his career. Ten Hag expressed confidence in Casemiro’s ability to continue contributing positively to the team, emphasizing that the Brazilian midfielder has a history of winning and will bounce back from this challenging period.
