A tragic accident occurred in Lagos on Monday when a fast-moving train struck and fatally injured an unidentified individual along the railway tracks in the Cappa area of Oshodi, Lagos State. The incident happened around 3:00 PM, according to eyewitness Mr. Akin Rowland.
Emergency response teams from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) promptly arrived at the scene. They worked diligently to recover the dismembered body of the victim. The LASEMA Response Team from Cappa Base was responsible for retrieving the remains.
The body of the adult male has been taken to the General Hospital mortuary for further examination and identification.
